All orders are sent via royal mail (special delivery) which needs to be signed for.

Returns
Returns or Exchange Policy
* No application of glue or tape has been applied to the wig, hair spray
* It is within the first 7 days of receiving your lace wig.
* The excess lace in the front of the wig has not been removed or cut in any way.
* Due to hygene reasons, we do not accept return on any unit once it has been cut, glued or exceeded 7 days
* Units are only exchanged once
Cancellation:
All unit cancellations will be charged a 20% cancellation fee.
All our products are inspected
before shipping but in the unlikely event that we have sent you the wrong goods or damaged goods,
we would be happy to exchange it without any additional charges
